Terms of Service
1. Description of the service
Content Studio is an internal INNFOOD tool for creating, planning and publishing content to INNFOOD's own brand social media accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) via the platforms' official APIs, and for marketing activities (newsletter, SMS, quizzes).
2. Authorised users and accounts
The tool is used only by authorised users designated by INNFOOD, who connect only accounts they are entitled to administer. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for actions taken under their account.
3. Acceptable use
The user undertakes to publish only content to which they hold rights and to comply with the terms and policies of each target platform:
- Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards,
- TikTok Developer Terms, Content Sharing Guidelines and Community Guidelines,
- YouTube Terms of Service and API Services Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy.
Prohibited: spam, unlawful content, misleading health/advertising claims, infringement of third-party rights, circumventing API limits and safeguards.
4. Content, AI labelling and advertising
Content remains the property of INNFOOD/its brands. The user grants the app a limited right to process and publish that content to connected accounts on their behalf, solely to provide the service. AI-generated and advertising content is labelled in accordance with platform requirements and law (including the EU AI Act and sponsored-content disclosure).
5. Third-party platforms
The service depends on the availability and rules of the Meta/TikTok/Google APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions of those platforms (including publishing restrictions, audit outcomes, account suspensions).
6. Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages and lost profits arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms or platform rules. The user may disconnect accounts and stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing law
Polish law; the competent court is the court for INNFOOD's registered seat.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at this URL with a new effective date.

1. Opis usługi
Content Studio to wewnętrzne narzędzie INNFOOD do tworzenia, planowania i publikacji treści na własnych kontach social media marek INNFOOD (Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) za pośrednictwem oficjalnych API tych platform, oraz do działań marketingowych (newsletter, SMS, quizy).
2. Uprawnieni użytkownicy i konta
Z narzędzia korzystają wyłącznie uprawnieni użytkownicy wyznaczeni przez INNFOOD, łączący wyłącznie konta, do których mają prawo administracyjne. Użytkownik odpowiada za poufność danych dostępowych i za działania na swoim koncie.
3. Dozwolone korzystanie
Użytkownik zobowiązuje się publikować wyłącznie treści, do których ma prawa, i przestrzegać regulaminów oraz polityk każdej platformy docelowej:
- Meta Platform Terms i Community Standards,
- TikTok Developer Terms, Content Sharing Guidelines i Community Guidelines,
- YouTube Terms of Service i API Services Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy.
Zakazane: spam, treści niezgodne z prawem, wprowadzające w błąd oświadczenia zdrowotne/reklamowe, naruszanie praw osób trzecich, obchodzenie limitów i zabezpieczeń API.
4. Treści, oznaczanie AI i reklamy
Treści pozostają własnością INNFOOD/marek. Użytkownik udziela aplikacji ograniczonego prawa do przetwarzania i publikacji tych treści na połączonych kontach w jego imieniu, wyłącznie w celu świadczenia usługi. Treści generowane z udziałem AI oraz reklamowe są oznaczane zgodnie z wymogami platform i przepisami (m.in. EU AI Act, oznaczanie materiałów sponsorowanych).
5. Platformy zewnętrzne
Działanie usługi zależy od dostępności i zasad API Meta/TikTok/Google. Nie odpowiadamy za zmiany, przerwy ani decyzje tych platform (w tym ograniczenia publikacji, wyniki audytów, zawieszenia kont).
6. Prywatność
Przetwarzanie danych opisuje Polityka Prywatności.
7. Wyłączenia i odpowiedzialność
Usługa świadczona „tak jak jest", bez gwarancji. W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym prawem wyłączamy odpowiedzialność za szkody pośrednie i utracone korzyści wynikające z korzystania lub niedostępności usługi.
8. Zawieszenie i zakończenie
Możemy zawiesić lub zakończyć dostęp w razie naruszenia Regulaminu lub zasad platform. Użytkownik może odłączyć konta i zaprzestać korzystania w dowolnym momencie.
9. Prawo właściwe
Prawo polskie; sądem właściwym jest sąd wg siedziby INNFOOD.
10. Zmiany
Możemy aktualizować Regulamin; istotne zmiany ogłosimy pod tym adresem URL z nową datą wejścia w życie.
